Cloak Room/Speaker Ready Room: CBBM, Ground Floor, S1/S2 is reserved for storage of luggage and coats as well as for presentation uploading and checking. A direction sign is available at the venue.
Poster Session
The size of all posters should be 84,1 cm wide x 118,9 cm high (A0 format), vertically oriented to fit the poster board.

Talks
All the short talks are scheduled for 20 minutes including 15 minutes’ oral presentation and 5 minutes’ discussion.
The keynote lecture is scheduled for 45 minutes including 40 minutes’ oral presentation and 5 minutes’ discussion.
Presentation uploading: Presentations should be uploaded on the computer in the room CBBM, Ground Floor, S1/S2 via a USB memory stick during the break before the session starts. Accepted formats for the presentation files are ppt or pdf. Please use slides sized for 16:9 to fit the screen size on the CBBM video wall.
Note: The video wall in CBBM consists of 9 monitors, thus resulting in 2 horizontal and 2 vertical lines on your slides (see grid preview here). Please adjust your slides to avoid mismatch of words and figures.
It will be very helpful if you could name your file with the start time and your last name as shown in the final program, e.g. 1015_Astiz or 1255_Kiessling. Our onsite service staff will assist you in uploading your file.
